About Our Opportunity

Working within the mission, vision, values and person-centred philosophy of the Agency, and under the direction of the Program Managers, the Regional Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client referrals from MCFD, including intake, assessment, and matching clients for individual and/or group services with Integration Support Workers (ISWs). This role is also responsible for the day-to- day support and guidance of Integration Support Workers. The Regional Service Coordinator collaborates with other service providers to meet client service needs, and ensures referring social workers are kept up to date on service progress. The Regional Service Coordinator supports the Program Managers by providing input into the strategic direction of the program.
