Process Advisor (Xico)

Overview

The Advanced Polymer Product Development Technologist is expected to apply technical skills, knowledge of product development, and leadership skills to:

• Conduct both fundamental and applied research supporting product development activities
• Work closely with other functions including research, process engineering, manufacturing, and interfacing with market-facing functions
• Develop new products for broad market applications
• Solve problems independently
• Acquire a strong working knowledge of technology fundamentals for their assigned areas
• Collaborate, interact, and communicate effectively with partners
• Develop key leadership skills to facilitate the transition from an individual contributor to a technical leader
