Key Accountabilities
Team facilitation and Management :
Secures compliance of its team to the Alstom code of Ethics
Ensure team animation in close link with Cluster/ Country Procurement Directors
Manage and develop procurement manager, Procurement Project Manager (PPM), Procurement Tender Manager (PTM), senior Buyer and Buyer
Motivate, inspire and continuously develop his team in a multicultural interface to improve competencies
