• Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on market competitiveness, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through retirement, ensuring that offerings meet market demands and regulatory standards.
• Participate in proposition development, pricing, retention, service, communication and product management across HSBC.
• Champion existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet client needs.
