Production Assistant Manager

Objective of the Position

The Production Assistant Manager is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations at the Spark Plant to ensure safe, on-time, and defect‑free delivery of parts to Daimler Truck production plants. The role supports operational excellence by driving production performance, strengthening leadership coverage across all shifts, developing high‑performance teams, and promoting continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and IMS/ERP systems utilization. It ensures alignment with SQDCM targets while fostering accountability, teamwork, and customer‑focused execution.

Indispensable Requirements

5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in automotive or heavy industry.
