Production Cell Leader - 1st Shift
In a leadership capacity, The Production Cell Leader will provide the support necessary to coordinate the movement of work orders through the manufacturing value streams. They are responsible for ensuring that the value stream is operating according to the daily operation plan set forth by the dispatch list from Baan and the Value Stream Manager. This position requires a person with strong leadership skills who is self-motivated and has a positive, energizing effect on others. This person will be a role model for safety, quality, and 6S, and for taking ownership of delivering results. This position encompasses both production control and team leader responsibilities, at times contributing to actually manufacturing product.
