Description
Catalent seeks a Production Compliance Associate to uphold quality in manufacturing at our Windsor site. Contribute to compliance and training initiatives in a 100% on-site role.
You will report to the Production Manager and be integral in leading quality initiatives and CAPA implementation. A diploma or Bachelor's in sciences is required, along with at least 2 years of practical experience in a GMP environment. Your strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills will facilitate effective training and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate investigations and implement corrective actions
• Conduct compliance checks in production processes
• Support the creation and revision of documentation
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and safety practices
• Monitor trends and communicate with operations teams
