- Lead the production team to execute manufacturing activities in line with plans, budgets, and quality requirements
- Manage and motivate the production team, providing training and guidance to improve efficiency
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and quality
- Monitor the performance of machines, equipment, and production facilities; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Oversee on-site safety management and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collect and analyze production data to support sound decision-making and develop continuous improvement plans
- Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain, planning, and quality control to achieve production targets
- Work closely with Chinese colleagues while managing local Indonesian staff
- Other responsibilities as needed.
