This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi.

Your role and responsibilities

• Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
• Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
• Managing Production Line Team.
• Ensuring Safety standards and initiatives are applied in the production area.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors Degree - Industrial Engineer or Similar
• 1+ yrs experience as Production Supervisor
