We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Production Support Engineer. The role involves proactive maintenance, automation, root‑cause analysis, monitoring, cross‑functional collaboration, and documentation.

• Perform proactive maintenance activities, engage in automation, and conduct root cause analysis and remediation.
• Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices, Java Spring Boot, React JS, REST Web Services.
• Support engineers work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and software engineers, to solve production issues.
• Update senior leaders about system status and share timely resolution progress.
• Analyze metrics and logs to understand system failures or non‑performance.
