The position: The Superintendent coordinates and directs the activities of a wide variety of production department(s) or even production shifts in processing materials and manufacturing products. Purpose is to ensure the delivery of products safely, on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level per engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Defines direct labor staffing plans based on production volume, prepares line for successful start of next shift, manages rework/defects/scrap and implements root cause corrective actions.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of NPO records and NCM processes.
