• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Commercial Card and Payables Automation programs to meet spend and financial targets
• Assess client needs and recommend the most effective implementation approach
• Build strong client relationships to support clear communication and issue resolution
• Deliver effective client training on policies, processes, reporting, best practices, and provide ongoing support to maintain high satisfaction
