Program Manager Engineering

Position

Program Manager on the Robotics & Space Operations team at the Brampton office, responsible for managing space programs for domestic and international customers, including opportunities related to new R&D, servicing the International Space Station, commercial space companies and deep space exploration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership across the organization, promoting common core values
• Lead multi‑disciplinary program teams to meet technical, schedule, cost and revenue requirements in a FFP contract environment.
• Identify and manage program risks and opportunities, implement mitigation actions, prioritize work, resolve and/or elevate issues, and manage customer expectations
• Lead negotiation and discussion sessions with customers to reach agreement on all aspects of the program
