Project Coordinator - Toro

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of window wall and curtain wall projects. This role works closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate contracts, budgets, schedules, and project documentation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in tracking project performance, schedule, cost, and quality
• Assist with subcontract administration, including scope definition and progress tracking
• Coordinate project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals) and ensure timely processing
• Participate in change order management, including pricing and impact analysis
• Assist with tender preparation, subcontract issuance, and progress monitoring
