Project Engineer – Beauceville

Job Type: Regular. The Project Engineer will be based at the Beauceville plant and report to the Regional Engineering Manager. Responsibilities include the development, execution, and monitoring of major investment projects for Agropur.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and evaluate investment requests.
• Take into account health and safety, quality, technical aspects, operational challenges, human resources, and financial impact.
• Perform technical and financial monitoring of projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, plans, and cost estimates.
• Manage tenders and issuance of contracts in partnership with the strategic purchasing department.
• Coordinate the installation, commissioning of equipment, and manage the project budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—internal and external—for the realization of major projects.
