Plan, execute, and control CAPEX engineering projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Guarantee the integrity, traceability, and compliance of technical documentation across the entire project lifecycle, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects in accordance with corporate guidelines. Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Track project performance through KPIs (SPI, CPI, S-curve, milestone achievement, ROI). Identify risks, deviations, and implement mitigation and corrective action plans.
