We have enough workers. We are looking for a sharp, proactive operator who can think on their feet and solve problems without needing a manual for every scenario.

The Reality of the Role

If you prefer a job where every step is pre-defined and you can freeze when things deviate from the script, this is not the right fit. We need someone who sees a roadblock and finds a way around it before escalating. You will report directly to the Company Director, and your value will be measured by your ability to take work
off
their plate, not add to it.

What You'll Do

• Manage translation workflows
  from start to finish.
