Project manager Supervisor - Custom Architectural Solutions

Reporting to the General Manager of Decoustics, the Project Manager Supervisor (PMS) leads the Project Management function for the Decoustics operation overseeing project execution across all phases and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The PMS manages and supports a team of Project Managers, drives operational excellence, and fosters cross‑functional collaboration. Accountable for team performance, efficient project delivery, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering custom acoustic ceiling and wall systems for complex commercial construction projects across NA.
• Lead project workload planning and assignment across the team to effectively meet customer needs and departmental capacity.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
