This role involves transitioning from legacy on-premises Unified Communications (UC) infrastructures to a sophisticated, cloud-based solution. The successful candidate will navigate a complex environment to deliver an implementation roadmap for telephony migration while ensuring current systems remain supported through critical upgrades.
Position Details

Duration: 1 Year (with a potential 1-year extension)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site in Toronto)
Schedule: 7 hours per day, 5 days per week (Standard Business Hours)
