Project Planner for Educational Conference

Drive strategic conference planning as a Project Planner with the Faculty of Health, Community and Education. You'll engage in aspects like logistics, budget management, and scholarly communication for the Biennial Conference.
This part-time position begins in September 2026 and offers a maximum of 10 hours per week, with responsibilities focused on project implementation and oversight. You will align conference goals with institutional priorities, developing detailed plans for a successful educational event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver periodic progress updates to supervisors every two weeks
• Manage logistics including venue, registration, and catering needs
• Create a conference program that includes abstract reviews
• Communicate with faculty and external experts for program development
• Implement evaluation strategies to analyze conference impact
