Project Scheduler

Reporting to the Project Management Office & Resource Manager, the Project Planner/Scheduler plays a key role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Project Management team. The Project Scheduler provides specific subject matter expertise in forecasting project resource requirements; resource tracking and analysis; portfolio monitoring and status reporting; and in the development of project plans and schedules.

Specific Responsibilities

• Work with the PMO, functional managers and project managers in forecasting project resource demand and associated resource capacity
• Prepare and maintain a portfolio master schedule
• Ensure alignment between project schedules and required resources
• Review and analyze project change requests for potential project baseline impacts
