Project Team Lead- MLX

Summary

Under the direction of the Project General Foreman, the Project Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day activities for the operations of the assigned project. The incumbent is to conduct all activities in a manner that supports the mission, vision and values of the Fort McKay Group of Companies LP. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires completion of pre-employment/pre-access testing.

This is a temporary, project based position located north of Fort McMurray, AB, on the MLX- Syncrude Site. Work schedule is 14 days on, 7 days off; days and nights. 13 hour shift.

Key Focuses

• Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the crew operating heavy equipment, other similar equipment, and labourers.
• Directly manage, support, inspire, and provide direction to a large group of employees to meet the requirements of the contract, the client and FMGOC.
