Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Business Management Office (BMO) for Finance/Risk/Operations in Toronto on a global scale, ensuring standards, frameworks, and governance practices are in place and adhered to.
• Manage enhancements and BAU activities for the division.
• Prepare and tailor management reports for technical audiences, IT Operating Committees, and business stakeholders.
• Track and report all risks and issues across IT, covering audit, operational risk, and identified issues.
