ASPYRE of Bronzeville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) to provide group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative and case management services to residents with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations who require long-term care stabilization. The PRSC works closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate effective therapeutic services and recovery-focused programming.
