Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Specialist plays a central role in the management, development, and performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all sites.
Through a structured, analytical, and continuous improvement‑oriented approach, you help ensure compliance with practices, strengthen the quality culture, and support the organization in achieving its operational and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance, compliance, development, and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all sites, guaranteeing its consistency and integrity and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Manage quality documentation (drafting, reviewing, approving, distributing, archiving), ensure its compliance and implementation in the field, and train employees on QMS requirements.
