This position is established under the provisions of the Korean Quality Assurance Specialist (Ammunition) Career Management Intern Program (CP-20). The incumbent is in an official training status with the objective of completing the formal internship and progressing to the full performance level. This developmental period is designed to provide the incumbent with the foundational skills and knowledge for a career in ammunition surveillance. Successful completion of a formal training plan is a condition of continued employment and is required for non-competitive promotion to the intermediate level.
