Dismantle and prepare equipment for repair and inspection
Conduct dimensional inspections on products
Complete all reporting and documentation as required
Advise on and assist in creation of NCIR’s for products and equipment
Perform hardness testing as required
Advise Engineering/Production of any missing requirements or issues with repairs (missing specifications, inaccurate descriptions, etc)
Review and approve equipment for final inspection
Inform Supervisor/Management of any irregularities with equipment
Correct equipment deficiencies within allowable tolerance using pneumatic and hand tooling as required
Organize and directly support farm-out inventory
