Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring alignment with the project‑specific Project Execution Plan.
• Support implementation of CAR and NCR requirements from audit findings, in collaboration with the District Quality Manager.
• Ensure implementation and completion of Code and client fabrication, PWHT and NDE requirements at field sites.
• Review, analyze and maintain documentation including reports, logs, test packages, certificates, NDE and turnover documents.
• Conduct quality audits and manage subcontractors’ turnover requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Interface with Engineering, Procurement and Construction on QA activity planning required by design and applicable codes and standards.
