Job Summary - Quotation Specialist

The Quotation Specialist will provide support to the Sales and Project Group by managing requests for quotations, preparing comprehensive quote packages, processing orders, and maintaining customer accounts. This role is responsible for coordinating and preparing large, complex quotation packages and will work directly with key customers, including direct customer interaction on an as‑needed basis.

Job Duties

• Support and assist the Project Group with requests for quotations, quote packages, order processing, and account maintenance.
• Review request‑for‑quotation (RFQ) documentation to identify scope, specifications, and required details.
• Manage and prepare large and complex quotation and proposal packages for the Sales and Major Projects Group.
