Real Estate Sales Closer (Zona Hotelera)

High Commissions! We are offering salary + 5% commission per closed deal. Our average deal size is $25,000 meaning $1,250 USD per deal to you. You should be able to close between 3-6 deals per month or more.

Must be able to come to work IN OFFICE located in Hotel Zone, Cancun. Times are: 10:00-6:00pm CST Monday – Friday, and 9:30-2:30pm CST Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our program
• Be able to evaluate homes
• Attend walk throughs
• Successfully overcome objections and close the sale and get the contract signed
• This is a sales position and sales experience is required
• All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales person and have a background in successfully closing sales
