Recreation Coordinator - Deployment support (Pond Inlet)

Role Overview

Recreation Coordinator – Civilian deployment contract, 6‑month term, deployed to Latvia. Must travel to the Canadian Armed Forces and partner nations in a dynamic, often unconventional workweek.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver recreation programs and services to CAF personnel and partner nations.
• Plan and execute recreational activities, excursions, outings and events, including logistics and set‑up/tear‑down.
• Oversee recreation clubs and activities, ensuring participant participation and safety.
• Provide briefings and guidance on recreation policies, directives and procedures.
• Maintain event calendars, schedules and participant registration records.
• Coordinate volunteers and activity staff during events and excursions.
