The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent, building a pipeline of qualified candidates, and managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates by attending job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
• Source candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, community outreach, and local schools/universities.
• Develop relationships with local staffing agencies, career centers, and industry groups to expand recruitment opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct interviews in person, by video, or phone as required.
