Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales, market share and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
  • Own and manage the subregional P&L, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth.
  • Adapt the biological products portfolio to local agronomic realities.
  • Develop and execute annual commercial plans aligned with regional strategy.
  • Build, manage and develop a high‑performing distributor network.
  • Evaluate distributor performance and recommend changes, additions or restructuring when necessary.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic distributors aligned with long‑term business objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches with the assistance of the marketing manager.
