Reporting to the Associate Manager of the Ambulatory Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Department at the state‑of‑the‑art Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Calgary, Alberta, the Registered Nurse (RN) collaborates with the interdisciplinary BMT team and program stakeholders to provide safe, ethical, evidence‑based and patient‑centred care to adults referred to the southern Alberta Blood and Marrow Transplant Program (ABMTP). Utilizing highly specialized cellular therapy knowledge, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and sound clinical judgment, the RN applies the nursing process in the delivery of care for complex patient populations including allogeneic transplant recipients and donors, autologous transplant recipients, and CAR‑T therapy recipients.
