This position allows registered nurses to consolidate their skills while rotating through a specialized cardiac nursing unit. Alongside direct patient care, you will engage in ongoing education to enhance your professional qualifications and positively impact patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care interventions
• Foster collaborative relationships with patients and their caregivers
• Lead the care planning and discharge process effectively
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient care
• Document all patient interactions as per Fraser Health standards
