What You'll Do

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of direct nursing care to the residents of the facility. Direct care is individualized and resident‑focused; this role supports the development of care plans and the oversight of medication administration. The Registered Nurse assists with planning and developing activities, supports efficient management of the nursing department, and works in conjunction with all other departments in terms of care delivery.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Baccalaureate nursing degree (e.g., BScN), preferred.
• Three years of experience as a registered nurse and one year in geriatric nursing or a long‑term care setting.
