Registrar Officer – Permanent Part‑Time

Department: Governance & Executive Operations

Location: Trʼondëk Hwëchʼin Offices – Dawson, YT

Standard hours: 20‑30 hours per week (bi‑weekly)

Salary: Level 7 Step 1 ($45.47 hourly)

Reporting to the Privacy Officer, the incumbent obtains, maintains and provides TH records and registration‑related information. The incumbent supports TH citizens with Indian status registration requirements, maintains the TH citizen registry and enters information into various databases. The incumbent supports accurate record keeping, application tracking and information sharing with Citizens, TH Government, the Citizenship Enrollment Committee and Indigenous Services Canada officials.
