Answer telephone calls and handle email inquiries
Manage a workload of 65-80 calls per day, with increased volume during peak seasons (or 200 tickets per day) Fluent in English and French
Experience in the logistics industry is preferred
Proven customer service experience
Strong French speaking skills
Strong learning ability
Experience with express companies is an advantage
