Remote Retention Designer - Email & Lifecycle Marketing

Simplistic is looking for a Retention Designer to join our high-growth Retention Team in Colombia. This remote role focuses on the post-purchase customer journey, owning all facets of email and retention design, from content strategy to visual hierarchy.

You will need a strong work ethic with 3+ years in graphic design, particularly in marketing emails. This position requires proficiency in Figma and Klaviyo, along with an understanding of eCommerce best practices.
