Take ownership of legal operations remotely with Prospeo as Senior Privacy Counsel. This role focuses on data privacy and commercial contracts while supporting a fast-growing B2B SaaS.
In this full-time position, you will oversee day-to-day privacy compliance under GDPR, CCPA, and more, alongside negotiating commercial agreements. As the first legal hire in a dynamic startup, you will enjoy full autonomy and leverage AI tools to maximize efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities: • Run daily privacy programs across various regulations • Handle data access requests and delete inquiries • Draft and negotiate vendor agreements, DPAs, and NDAs • Act as internal contact for litigation and regulatory matters • Advise on legal risks related to product and sales strategies
