In this hands-on role, you will report directly to the co-founders and be responsible for overseeing our comprehensive privacy program under GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations. This position combines privacy operations with vendor agreements, compliance, and external counsel coordination. You will also potentially assume Data Protection Officer duties as the function evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run day-to-day privacy operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage data subject requests and implement scalable systems
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Improve and standardize legal templates and playbooks
• Serve as the go-to legal resource for the organization
