About the role

Basic Requirements

• Work on-site from our offices in BOGOTA
• Rotating schedules from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• English level B1 speaking is a must.
• Good communication skills, patience, and attention to detail.
• At least 10-12 months of experience in customer service.
