Your Opportunity

The Integrated Primary Care Systems Lab is a research lab dedicated to strengthening primary care systems by generating policy-relevant evidence that advances the quintuple aim. Based at the University of Toronto and led by Dr. Monica Aggarwal, the Lab generates applied research that informs real-world primary care reform in Canada and internationally. Its work is anchored in the Aggarwal‑Hutchison Framework, an empirically grounded model that defines the structural attributes of high‑performing primary care systems.

Reporting to the Director, Dr. Monica Aggarwal, the Research Associate will be involved in the design and delivery of a comprehensive evaluation of primary care practices, working in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, research staff, and health system partners.
