DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Manager, Residence Operations, the Residence Coordinator will:

• Be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing a comprehensive residence experience that promotes student engagement, belonging, leadership development, wellbeing, and academic success.
• Provide leadership to student staff and student leaders.
• Create opportunities for community building and learning.
• Support residents in their transition to and success at King’s.
• Work within a student development framework, and foster a vibrant and inclusive residence community through intentional programming, leadership initiatives, communication strategies and student support.
• Contribute to the overall operation of residence through shared responsibilities including student staff supervision, resident support, and participation in an on-call rotation.
