Job Overview

As a Residential Mortgage Specialist, you support Personal Banking clients in purchasing a property. You work closely with external partners in the real estate industry and internal National Bank partners to grow your client base and identify residential financing strategies tailored to their needs. This position is available in multiple locations across the province. Schedule: Full‑Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients in the development of strategies during purchase transactions, mortgage pre‑authorizations and external refinancings.
• Establish and maintain lasting relationships with real estate brokers and/or builders, informing them of the products and services offered.
