Drive the activity/solutions gap to sales forecast and budget. Ensure that cross-functionally gaps are reviewed, resolved or escalated with recommendations and alternatives for closure. Lead and facilitate cross functional teams to coordinate execution to rectify gap to plan.
Plays a leadership role in the innovation process, working cross-functional partners to deliver against Innovation Best Practices, KPIs, within Slotting Fee Budget and Planogram key launch windows
