Support RF architecture and design trade-offs (gain/linearity/noise, LO/frequency planning, front-end optimization). Develop and own RF control & calibration (gain/phase, IQ/DC, LO leakage, temp/aging compensation). Lead RF bring-up, characterization, and verification using lab instrumentation; automate measurements where possible. Drive radio KPI improvements: EVM, output power, ACLR/spectral mask, sensitivity, spurs/phase noise. Provide cross-functional debug support and input to RFIC/board/antenna revisions. Support full lifecycle: prototype → validation → production transfer → sustaining.
