Job Summary

Monster Plowing Company seeks Rookie Sniper Team Leaders and Novice Snow Plow Drivers to work on a winter employment contract in Toronto. The role is on‑call and only performed when it snows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small crew (1‑3 snowfighters) for snow plowing and salting operations across commercial and residential properties in Toronto.
• Operate medium‑duty snow plow trucks with 8‑plus‑foot plows and V‑box spreaders, driving safely in winter conditions.
• Monitor dispatch phone 24/7 and respond immediately to text or phone alerts for snow events.
• Maintain quality control, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed and work meets service standards.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance such as checking fluids, fueling, and minor repairs.
