Safety officer

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Kuwait safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across the paper mill. Monitor workplace activities to identify and eliminate unsafe practices and conditions. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports. Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety procedures at all times. Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and compliance documentation. Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct emergency drills. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field. Minimum 23 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in a manufacturing or paper mill environment.
