About the Role
As an Internal Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, grower inquiries, and direct sales. Your role blends sales support, proactive outreach, and relationship management, ensuring each customer receives timely information, consistent follow-up, and a smooth path toward adoption and cyclical revenue.
You’ll collaborate closely with other sales team members, management, marketing, and leadership to help maintain a healthy pipeline while driving strong conversion rates from initial inquiry to order.
